Kristina Mounsey
• President •

Kristina and her family have lived in Bellingham for 10 years. She has 3 children in three different schools within the BPSD. Kristina currently stays at home but graduated with a BS in Elementary Education from Framingham State in 2008. She started volunteering with the BEF in 2016 and has just joined the board. In her spare time, Kristina enjoys spending down time with her family, cheering on her kids at sporting events, photography, and DIY projects.

Leanne has been a resident of Bellingham for 7 years. She has two children who are in the BPS with a third entering the system in 2 years. Leanne has a BS in Business Administration and Finance as well as an AS in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Currently working per diem as an Ultrasound Technologist, she is mainly a stay at home mom.  She just recently joined the Bellingham Education Foundation in 2020.  In her spare time, Leanne enjoys reading, singing and dancing. 

Heather Trudeau

Heather and her family have lived in Bellingham for over 13 years. Heather and her husband Graham have four girls. Two of her daughters are currently in the BPS system and two have graduated from BPS. Heather has worked with young children for over 13 years. She was the owner of a daycare for nine years and currently works as a preschool teacher in Ashland. Heather is working towards a BA in PSY. She is also a member of the Stallbrook PTO. During her free time she enjoys boating with her family and friends, swimming, cooking new recipes and finding a good bargain. Heather joined the BEF in 2020.

Shannon is a mother of four who all attend Bellingham Public School. Shannon has worked in the geriatric medical field for the past 15 years since she graduated with advanced degrees from Quinnipiac University and Boston College. Shannon is passionate about education and watching children succeed through a strong educational foundation. She enjoys watching her children sporting events and is an avid runner.

Melissa Nagle
• Grant Coordinator •

Missy and her family have lived in Bellingham for the past 7 years and have two children in the BPS. She has a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from UNH and a M.Ed. from Boston College and currently works as a high school Special Education teacher. Missy recently joined the Bellingham Educational Foundation in 2020. She likes to spend her free time with family and friends as well as cheer on her kids at various sporting events.

Jennifer has been a resident of Bellingham for 9 years.  She has a daughter currently in kindergarten in BPS.  Jennifer has a Bachelors in human development/ early childhood edu and a Masters in teaching and learning in ECE from Wheelock College.  Jennifer worked as a preschool teacher and assistant coordinator of a preschool in Canton for 16 years before taking time off to raise her daughter.  She is currently a substitute for BPS.  In her downtime she loves to spend time with her family and friends. 

Melanie Levesque

Melanie and her family have been in Bellingham almost 3 years. She has two children; one son at the Bellingham Memorial Middle School and a son entering kindergarten in 2021. Melanie earned her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Westfield State in 2004 and a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction from Lesley University in 2009. Melanie has worked in education for over 15 years and is invested in education at all ages! Currently, she is a center director for KinderCare. Melanie enjoys being with her family in her free time and spending time outside.

Jessica has been a long time Bellingham resident. She grew up attending the Bellingham Public Schools. Jessica has two daughters one of which is currently enrolled within the district. Jessica has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Special Education. She recently joined the Bellingham Educational Foundation to continue to support the town she loves.

Christy Massarotti
• Board Member •

Christy and her family recently moved to Bellingham in 2019. Christy has twin daughters in the BPS system and a younger daughter that hasn’t entered the school district yet. Christy graduated with a BA from Framingham State University and is currently working part time for an alternative energy company. She spends most of her time volunteering for various programs within Bellingham. When not volunteering, Christy enjoys supporting her children with their various extracurricular activities, shopping and indulging in wine tastings.
